Do you offer packages or retainers?

Yes, I offer monthly retainers in three levels of support as well as project-based quotes.

What types of clients do you typically work with?

I work with executives, nonprofit leaders, founders, households, and organizations managing layered personal and professional projects. My clients value discretion, excellent communication, and proactive operational support.

Do you offer short-term or temporary support?

I accept project-based engagements for defined initiatives such as relocations, event execution, or systems restructuring. Availability for these engagements is limited.

Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?

Yes. Client privacy is extremely important to me, and I’m happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement for any service that involves sensitive information, home access, or travel details.

How do we begin working together?

Engagements begin with an initial consultation to assess alignment, scope, and expectations. If mutually aligned, you will receive a structured proposal outlining services, communication cadence, and pricing.

Travel

I’d need you to regularly travel, can you accommodate this?

Yes. I work with clients whose personal and professional lives span multiple cities and countries. Travel-related support is structured in advance to ensure clarity. On-site support may be arranged based on scope and availability. All travel expectations are defined at the outset of the engagement.

Can you plan international trips?

Yes. For ongoing clients, international travel coordination is integrated into broader operational support. This may include itinerary structuring, logistics research, booking oversight, documentation organization, and coordination with local providers. I bring particular familiarity with Nordic and North Atlantic destinations, and specialize in proving travel planning in Iceland and the Faroe Islands.

Meet Emma Yeager

EY Client Solutions, LLC was founded by Emma Yeager to provide operational partnership to individuals navigating complex personal and professional lives. True right-hand support requires more than task execution. It requires context, judgment, and anticipation. EY Client Solutions combines project management excellence, cross-cultural fluency, and a thoughtful, tailored approach to empower long-term solutions.

Emma finds purpose in partnering with clients to address their unique needs while using the research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills she honed during her graduate studies at the University of Chicago. She is internationally experienced and has presented her research at Yale, the University of Iceland, and the Australian Early Medieval Association. Emma is an avid solo traveler and has journeyed to places like the Faroe Islands, Egypt, and Iceland. When she’s not traveling or finding solutions to client projects, you can probably find her enjoying an iced chai or taking a long walk by the beautiful Belfast harbor.
